Please note that the expatriates and nationals of third countries have the right to vote during the 2010 Municipal Elections.

The citizens who wish to exercise their voting right will have to be registered at the Information System www.ypes.gr/omytx/ and visit the Electoral Registration Office of the Municipality they live at, bringing along a certified copy of strong passport and a certified copy of valid Title of Legal Residence.

For the expatriates further confirmation of permanent residence is required of the last two years from the Municipal Police.

Please note that the European Union citizens have the right to vote during the 2010 Municipal Elections.

The citizens who wish to exercise their voting right will have to visit the office of the Municipality they live at, bringing along a valid passport and a permanent address certificate of the last two years (provided by the Municipal Police), by 31.08.2010.
